For main we had the stuffed aubergine and meatballs Mimi. Again, both delicious. The mains felt like great wholesome food you would have at home but executed exceptionally well. We had a very good wine recommendation as well. Definitely would return if we are in Plovdiv again. Stoyan is the best. We had such a great time at Pavaj with him being our waiter.

We went to visit a cocktail bar in Sofia after he recommended it and had the best time. He truly got what we were after.
